Visual Tooltip makes it possible to show a thumbnail of a window by putting the mouse cursor over a button of the taskbar

The thumbnails can be moved anywhere on the desktop

TrueTransparency is a freeware that changes the windows border adding png support and so true transparency.

Glass cursor need no explanation if you use Vista, but these cursors has the glass look (Vienna, now Windows 7)
